President Donald J. Trump is scheduled to deliver a national prime-time address from the White House on Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.
The speech, which will focus on Trump’s economic record and his policy priorities for 2026, comes at a critical time for the Republican leader. The president’s handling of tariff-related inflation, slowing hiring data and a looming midterm election cycle have sparked increased public scrutiny and heated debates on both ends of the political aisle.
The speech will be broadcast live on major networks – including FOX, NBC, ABC and CBS – accompanied by respective commentary and post-coverage analysis. Network bosses are said to have reshuffled their primetime schedules to fit the address, supplanting core entertainment programming. However, the “Survivor” series finale is still scheduled to air at the same time Wednesday night, available to stream live on Paramount+.
