How to unlock the ghost – Elden Ring Nightreign Guide

Elden Ring Nightreign offers eight playable characters, but two of them are not available when you start the game for the first time. The duchess can be unlocked once you have found a watch (usually beating or perhaps even trying to defeat the first nightlord). The second character, The Revenant, is a little more mysterious, and below, you can find our guide to unlock it as a playable Nightfarer.
Where to find the lower framework
Like the duchess, the key to unlocking the ghost lies in a single relic, but this class will not be so easy to unlock.
Once you have defeated your first nightlord by undertaking the shipment of Tricephalos, be sure to consult the pot merchant in the round table, which sells a variety of gestures, relics and relic holders. A particular relic is unique: a burntible frame. It costs 1,500 troubles, which you can get after the end of an expedition. The further you get, the more you will be rewarded, and you can also sell unwanted relics when personalizing your ship to earn more troubles.
Note that this relic can also appear in the inventory of mercantile jar once you have unlocked the duchess, in case you have problems with Gladius, Beast of Night.
Once you have bought this strange relic, check your card from the round table. You will find a new character that the portrait appeared, in the East Wing right next to the main central room.
Enter the room to find a strange ghostly figure of a short female doll fixing a paint.
When you interact with the figure, your current character will be transported to the tutorial area in Limbeld. Only this time, instead of Margit The Fell Felt, you will have to fight this ghost, or as Boss’s fight refers to her, the nocturnal idol.
Boss Fight – Night Idol
In order to unlock the ghost as a playable character class, you will have to defeat it – and its three spectral allies. The ghost has the ability to invoke three spirits: an agile page and brandishing a rapier, a robust pumpkin head with a hammer and the stationary torso of a giant skeleton.
Make no mistake, this fight is always very difficult, because you will only have the default loading of the class that you have selected before interacting with the ghostly spirit. However, if you fail, you can interact with the mind to try as many times as you want. You will only have 3 health bottles, but on the positive side, you will be level 6. The drawback is that the fight is indeed a 4V1, it will therefore take a little strategy to survive.
One of the most important things to note is that The four enemies rarely attack you immediately. The page is the most aggressive and will rush to you with its rapier, allowing you to bait it far from the others.
The pumpkin head will also advance, but at a much slower pace, and you can try to keep it in sight when dealing with the page to make sure you are not blinded.
The giant skeleton will not move from where it is summoned to the rear of the arena, and for most of the fight, it will only try to slam your hand if you get closer. You can use it to your advantage and focus on your other opponents, but be informed that if you beat the other two spirits, the skeleton will enrage and start loading beam attacks in your direction. Because of this, you will have to decide if it is better to face it earlier while dodging the other minds and the ghost, or trying to dodge their beams towards the end.
The ghost herself is not one to underestimate. Sometimes, she will prefer to stay back near the skeleton or around the edges of the arena, leaving her mind to speak. However, it will also use the triple light incantation rings that have spread in front of it, inflicting heavy damage at a time to come and to come – try to machine -gun to avoid the rings while they move outside.
Even when you try to get closer, its light rings can inflict major damage with a short time to react, and it can also reject the rejection to explode at close range. Once you are staggered or low on endurance, she often rushes to shake with a spectral claw weapon that can hit hard when you expect the least!
The fight can take a lot of practice to go down, so try to play your forces by choosing a class with which you are comfortable and slowly with the allies of the ghost before committing with care and avoiding its incantations at all costs.
If you want to be easier to take him, he and his spiritual allies, we strongly recommend that you use Ironeye. Since it has unlimited ammunition, you can take your time to rotate the spiritual allies from afar (and remove the second skeleton before the head of pumpkin in slow motion so that it does not use its beam attack).
Once all spirits have disappeared, you can then bait the ghost to try to charge while you pass by using your skills to create a weak point on which you can capitalize. Since you will mainly be within reach, you will be easier to avoid its light rings.
Once the ghost is defeated, you will come back to the round table, where you can now choose it as one of the classes of playable characters.
Playing the ghost
He is a very special character, with fairly low statistics except his magic skills. Her real powers reside in the ability to summon these spirits that you had to fight, as well as to raise enemies that she beats like temporary minds! As a complex class, prepare to put a lot of practice before you can play the ghost at its full potential.
