How RCB can finish in the Top two of the 2025 point table IPL despite the loss of SRH

The hopes of Royal Challengers Bengaluru of one finish among the two in Table IPL 2025 brought a blow while Sunrisers Hyderabad presented a 42 -point defeat to Lucknow to the team on Friday. Winning the match could have taken RCB near their goal, but a loss only made things difficult for them. The team has only one match and he must win it to keep the hopes of finishing of the living top-two. The loss means that only a victory in its last championship match will not be enough because RCB will also have to depend on the result of other matches.

RCB wasted a gold chance to finish in the first two, descending to Ishan Kishan Fuelled Sunrisers Hyderabad. Following this heavy defeat, the Royal Challengers (17 points) slipped in the third row on the table behind the Titans of Gujarat (18) and the Kings of Punjab (17). The net execution rate (NRR) also made a significant blow.

Once they were invited to hunt an imposing 232, which the SRH established after Kishan made a superb 94 undefeated bullets, RCB required an attack calculated on the target.
They mounted it via Phil Salt (62, 32b, 4xx, 5×6), Virat Kohli (43, 25b, 7×4, 1×6) and Jiteh Sharma (24, 15b), but could not amass 189 before being collapsed, and it was the first defeat of RCB far from the house this season.

But the beginning of the pursuit of RCB offered a different story, because Kohli and Salt sprinted at 80 points in just 7 overs.

Kohli, who had recently withdrawn from Test Cricket, was the main attacker, Claquering Pacers Harshal Patel for two ovens and Eshan Malinga for a hit of the middle of the window.

But the veteran fell into an old enemies – Tourure of the left arm – for the 22nd time in his T20 career, this time in Harsh Dubey, 22, the highest juice in 2024-25 Ranji Trophy Season for Champions Vidarbha.

However, Salt, who made 14 on his first 12 bullets, found his depth at the right time, breaking 48 points in the next 20 balls, and a hey -style tennis style off Nitish Kumar Reddy was simply magnificent in his execution.

Salt ran to fifty in 27 bullets, but Cramps reduced his movements, and soon perished in Pat Cummins.

But on a fairly fluid ground, RCB strikers continued to find regular limits to prevent the rate of demand from degenerating.

The Skipper Rajat Patidar (18) and Jiteh Sharma (24) added 44 fast races for the fourth counter to spend RCB to 173 for three in 16th.

But a horrible passage between them saw Patidar being run by a few kilometers, and in the same as Malingu, a large Romario shepherd with cogging for a first ball duck.

Jitesh died in Unadkat and Tim David, who seems to have undergone an injury to the hamstrings, in the space of nine deliveries while the fight quickly refused the Royals.

In fact, Bengaluru’s team has lost the last seven counters for 60 points while Cummins (3/28) and Malinga (2/37) led SRH bowling.

Earlier, the Hyderabad team has become ballistic from the start through usual suspects – Abhishek Sharma (34, 17b) and Travis Head (17, 10b) before Kishan found his range during his 48 balls strewn with seven four and five.

The famous “Travi-Shek” added 54 points in just four overs, while the left-handers blit the new RCB Yash Dayal and Bhuvnehwar Kumar ball.

Bhuvnehwar conceded 18 points in the second while the head hammered him for a border, followed by six and four others by Abhishek.

But soon, Abhishek lit Lungi Ngidi directly in the hands awaiting salt in the square leg while the sleeves that played at a striking rate of 200 ended.

The head did not last long when the Aussie has launched a Bhuvnehwar rocket bullet to Shepherd near the circle.

The SRH strikers quickly happened, with the exception of Kishan, engaged in the insane aggression to waste their starts. But Kishan was a constant in the middle of all these trial and error, playing with a sensible head.

The left -handed power striker was out of color after a century in the initial part of the IPL, but showed overviews of his destructive powers in these sleeves.

He never exaggerated things like some of his colleagues, and the six measured off Bhuvnehwar during the last ball in the 18th above was a treat to watch while he galloped in his first fifty in 10 sleeves in 28 balls.
