Strange New World Season 3 Trailer sees Kirk take the head of the company

Star Trek: Strange new worlds May can focus on Captain Christopher Pike, but are not mistaken – James T. Kirk is a major presence in history. Although he only appeared in a handful of episodes, Kirk by Paul Wesley has already had significant moments – and his most important could still expect.

Paramount published the official trailer for Star Trek: Strange new worlds Season 3 earlier this week, and although there is certainly a lot to unpack, one of the most remarkable moments arrives early while we see Kirk depriving himself with uncertainty when he looks at the captain’s chair with the company that apparently underwent heavy damage.

“The choices you make on this chair, they are yours and you to live,” Pike said to Kirk. He then returns to the bridge as Spock declares, “We are waiting for your orders, sir.”

Talk about the heavy prefiguration. The rest of the trailer teased new romances, new adventures and new worlds that await us in the third eagerly awaited season.

In season 3, when we reconnect with the crew of the USS Enterprise, still under the command of Captain Pike, they are faced with the conclusion of the heartbreaking meeting of season 2 with the Gorn. But the new life and civilizations await you, including a villain who will test the grain and the resolution of our characters. An exciting turn on classic Star Trek, season 3 takes new and loved characters to new heights, and plunges into exciting adventures of faith, duty, romance, comedy and mystery, with variable genres never seen before on any other star trek.

Earlier this month, Paramount + shared the names of the ten episodes of season 3, which will start with “Episode 1: Hegemoney, Part II”, a continuation of the final of season 2 which ended with Captain Pike confronted with a crucial decision during his meeting with the Gorn.

Star Trek: Strange new worlds The first of season 3 with two episodes on Thursday July 17, exclusively on Paramount + in the United States, however, a projection of the premiere episode will be presented at the Tribeca Festival on Saturday June 14 at 5:00 p.m., we should therefore hear some reflections.

The final of the season is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, but it should be hoped that the return of the series. Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange new worlds is already under production, while Paramount + has also announced today that the series has been Greenlit for a fifth and last season.
