  • Up to date: The data is updated at the tracker every five minutes. They added that a customer’s breakdown status may not change, because it will update new restoration information available.
  • Interface adapted to mobiles: Easy to use on mobile phones or tablets.
  • Meteorological integration: Includes a layer of meteorological integration to see how the weather can have an impact on breakdowns.
  • Improved reliability: The tracker is based on the cloud. This allows it to be evolving for growth, increasing web traffic and improved performance.
  • Summary of reports: Provides a summary of breakdowns by the county, the city and the postal code.
  • Street and satellite views: This feature helps customers better understand the density of vegetation in their region which can have an impact on breakdowns.
