Hot Toys Reveals VENGEANCE OF THE SITH Figure Based on Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan’s Mustafar Duel
Released twenty years ago, Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith takes place years after the start of the Clone Wars, when the noble Jedi Knights lead a massive army of clones into a galaxy-wide battle against the Separatists. However, when the sinister Sith uncover a millennia-old plot to rule the galaxy, the Republic collapses and from its ashes rises the evil Galactic Empire.
In the film, Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker is seduced by the dark side of the Force to become the Emperor’s new apprentice: Darth Vader. The Jedi are decimated, while Obi-Wan Kenobi and Jedi Master Yoda are forced into hiding.
Love or hate filmmaker George Lucas’ prequel trilogy, the final battle between Obi-Wan and Anakin on Mustafar was a sight to behold. An epic and emotional clash that ended with “Darth Vader” losing his arms and legs and burning in the fires of the planet as a tearful Kenobi looked on.

Recreating this clash in 1/6th scale should be a lot of fun for collectors. However, if these expensive figures aren’t for you, it might be worth seeking out Hasbro’s equally impressive Black Series releases.

The figure features a head sculpt with separate rolling eyeballs and shoulder-length curly dark brown hair meticulously implanted in wool to enhance realism. His face shows Sith yellow iris eyes, detailed scars, and a tortured expression that echoes his transformation. The mechno right arm, symbolic of his changing identity, as well as nine interchangeable hands ranging from fists to lightsaber holding and Force use gestures, further enhance the figure. His multi-layered costume is finely tailored, including a foldable Jedi robe encrusted with threads, a leather tabard, tunics, pants and long boots, combined with a utility belt with pouches and a lightsaber hilt holder.
This edition includes lightsaber hilts with and without LEDs, red and blue blade options, and a stunning LED-lit diorama base that evokes the fiery rivers of Mustafar. The diorama base features a panoramic droid floating above translucent lava effects with pulsing lights, creating a spectacular visual scene for the formidable Darth Vader.
Hot Toys is honored to present the Obi-Wan Kenobi (Mustafar) 1/6th scale collectible figure, capturing Ewan McGregor’s performance in Revenge of the Sith in meticulous detail. The head sculpt features separate rolling eyeballs and an intricately sculpted short dark brown hairstyle, complete with a strand of wool hair implanted on the bangs to enhance realism. His face bears the weight of that fateful duel, with realistic skin texture and beard details.
The figure is dressed in a finely tailored suit applied with weathering effects to capture the intensity of the fierce duel on Mustafar. Her ensemble includes a tabard, outer tunic, and undertunic, all tied together at the waist with an obi and detailed utility belt, complemented by pants and long boots. Included are nine interchangeable hands and blue lightsaber blades with lit and non-lit hilt options for dynamic action. The figure is displayed on a specially designed diorama base with a repulsor platform and lava effects that replicate the volcanic landscape of Mustafar, allowing collectors to recreate the iconic duel scene between Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker.
