The return of Tiger Woods to competitive action remains uncertain after the former world n ° 1 was absent from the initial field of the Hero World Challenge that it welcomes.
The event invites only is organized by Woods’ Foundation and has already been used as a return event for the major champion at 15 times, which has played a limited calendar since his suffering of career threatening injuries in a car accident in February 2021.
Woods has not appeared in a 72 -hole tournament since he missed the Open Cup last July, the 49 -year -old missing all the major season in 2025 after having broken his Achilles tendon in March and requiring surgery.

Scheffler continues the Bahamas at three peat
