HBO Max had some humorísticas palabras for confused viewers after having accidentally broadcast the DUB in the Spanish language of the last episode of the drama of the successful period “The Gilded Age”.

Many viewers of “The Gilded Age” (or “the Edad Dorada”, as Hbo Max called it) did the social media platform themselves on Sunday evening to share their confusion-and make sure that it is not only their televisions that drank. Fans quickly learned that they were part of a widespread problem, with standard stars like Carrie Coon and Louisa Jacobson baptized by their Hispanophone -speaking counterparts.
Some viewers were confused by the appearance of the departure of the series, believing that the Spanish speaking are part of the Inu Inuvivers. Others started riding with the audio problem, based on English subtitles to complete performance dubbing. Coon herself recognized the error on X, asking, “Did everyone like my accent?” In Spanish.
HBO is no stranger to Sunday evening errors. During the last season of “Game of Thrones”, the network inadvertently broadcast an episode of the fantastic drama with a Starbucks cup visible in one of the shots. The third episode of the first season of “Got” Spinoff “House of the Dragon” went to HBO before the green screen fingers of a character were edited from shooting to portray his missing figures.
Maybe some viewers will trigger Duolingo before next week’s episode, you know, just in case.
