Atlanta Hawks are Kobe Bufkin’s business guard at Brooklyn Nets for cash considerations, sources at ESPN Shams Charania said on Monday.
BUFKIN, Choice No. 15 of Atlanta in the NBA 2023 draft, is due to $ 5.4 million this season and has a team option of $ 6.9 million for 2026-27.
This decision opens the flexibility of alignment for Hawks – and gives them a commercial exception of $ 4.5 million – while offering the 21 -year -old goalkeeper a new opportunity in Brooklyn.
Nets have $ 11.6 million in ceiling space after moving with 15 players on guaranteed contracts.
Bufkin appeared in just 27 games for the Hawks in the past two seasons. He collected on average 23.6 points while playing 14 G games in League G in 2023-24.
