The suicide bomber who leaves 30 people killed and injured in the Syrian church near Damascus

On Sunday, a suicide bomber in Syria blew himself up in a church filled with people, said state television and a war instructor.

The explosion in Dweil’a on the outskirts of Damascus took place while people prayed inside the church Mar Elias. The war based in Great Britain monitoring the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says that there were 30 people injured and killed, but the exact figures are not clear. Some local media reported that children were among the victims.
