Hamburger bowl recipe (easy and healthy)

Since I started to focus on protein first, I have noticed more energy and a healthier body overall. And even if I have no problem eating a little fitted beef with a meal, it can sometimes become boring. These burger are a great way to get all the flavors of a classic hamburger, without the burger breads.
It is a meal rich in low carbohydrate protein, gluten -free which is a success with my whole family. We love it for a quick and easy lunch or a fast weekday dinner. I love that every member of the family can personalize the garnishes to what they like. So even the child who does not eat tomatoes still likes this hamburger bowl!
You can also make the meat and sauce in advance and reheat the meat as needed. It is an even easier way to include it in your meal plans. Here’s how to make a cheeseburger in a bowl with a lot of fresh vegetables and a tasty sauce!

In a pan over medium-high heat, add the chopped beef and all the seasonings: onion powder, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, salt and black pepper. Cook, break it with a spatula (or my favorite kitchen tool), until they are golden and fully cooked (about 7 to 10 minutes). Cancel.
-
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle juice, dill relish, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and vinegar. Start with ½ teaspoon of vinegar, taste and adjust if you want a little more flavor.
-
In individual bowls, overlap a generous base of lettuce, then garnish with tomatoes, pickles, red onion and cheese in the event of use. Add a spoon of cooked chopped beef.
-
Generously pour the special burger sauce.
