Amid near-total destruction in Gaza, Hamas says it can no longer locate the bodies of hostages it kidnapped in Israel, saying it needs specialized digging equipment and heavy machinery that Israel says is not allowing entry. In response to the delay, Israel is allowing in only a small portion of the 600 aid trucks per day promised in the ceasefire agreement. NBC’s Richard Engel reports for TODAY.
