Arlington, Texas – The United States International striker Haji Wright was excluded for the rest of the Concacaf Gold Cup with an Achilles injury, American football announced on Saturday.
In a press release, the USSF added that Wright “will return to Coventry City for more in -depth assessment and treatment”. The rules of the tournament stipulate that Wright cannot be replaced on the list of the United States.
