Gyoker hunts for buying back the first start at home

Arsenal aims for a second consecutive victory to launch the first League 2025-2010 season when they welcome Leeds United, newly promoted.
The Gunners were victorious in an extremely difficult opening match in Old Trafford last weekend, beating Little Manchester United 1-0 thanks to the first goal of Riccardo Calafiori. While they were far from impeccable during their trip to the north, they managed to ensure an extremely important victory to keep up with the pace of Liverpool and Manchester City at the start of the title race.
Leeds, on paper at least, should be much simpler opposition for Arsenal, which has a home advantage for the next confrontation. They are unbeaten in their last 14 games with the Yorkshire’s outfit, winning 12 of these games, but Daniel Farke’s team also obtained three points from their opening match thanks to the winner of Lukas Nmecha against Everton.
Here’s how Arsenal could line up.
GK: David Raya“Raya produced exceptional stops at Mant Man Utd and expect to be quieter against Leeds, although Farke insisted that his visitors attack Arsenal on Saturday.”
RB: Jurriën Timber—Timber could be the only change compared to the starting program that won at Old Trafford, with the more attacked Dutch who potentially replaced Ben White in the right back.
CB: William Saliba—Saliba could have and should probably grant a penalty last weekend, but was also impressive with 14 defensive contributions against Man Utd.
CB: Gabriel—Jakub Kiwior played admirably for Arsenal at the end of last season, but the Gunners are delighted to make Gabriel associate with Saliba in the heart of the defense.
LB: Riccardo Calafiori—Calafiori was the winner of the match at Old Trafford, although Altay Bayındır offered him a large -scale helping hand. The Italian will continue to compete with Myles Lewis-Skelly for a starting bunch.
CM: Martin Ødegaard—The arsenal skipper covered more ground than anyone during the confrontation with Man Utd, but will want to have more impact in possession this time. There remains such an important creator for the Gunners despite certain criticisms.
CM: Martín Zubimendi– The soothing presence of Zubimendi at the base of the midfielder should allow both Ødegaard and Declan Rice the freedom of the Emirates, with the distribution of Spanish and the defensive consciousness facilitating a larger approach.
CM: Declan Rice“Crice was not at his best against the Red Devils and will be impatient to make amends with a strong performance against Leeds. He will trust his recent inclusion in the team of the year of the first League 2025 of the year.
RW: the book—Saka only has the two goals of seven previous appearances against Leeds, but he supports himself to improve this counting on Saturday – despite not being at his last time.
St: Viktor is rooted– With Kai Havertz suffering from a disturbing injury setback, even more pressure now falls on Gyökeres to find his shooting boots. The Swedish was anonymous against Man Utd and will seek redemption this weekend.
LW: Gabriel Martinelli—Martinelli is not universally popular among Arsenal supporters and now finds its starting position under a serious threat from the new imminent signature Ebelechi Eze, as well as the recent arrival of Chelsea, Noni Madueke.
