The stars may have widely opted for the neutrals at the Emmys of this year, but Color made its way on the carpet through the lip. Actors such as Gwendoline Christie (“Saverence), Kathy Bates (” Matlock), Meg Stalter (“Hacks”) and Jen Tullock (“dryer”) were only some of the ceremony participants to associate moderate sets with a daring scarlet lip.

Christie, for her part, is not unrelated to a crimson pout. The actor “Severance”, nominated for his role as guest in the second season of Apple TV +, wore a sparkling costume in two pieces in a powdered pink by Tom Ford. She put her hair in an elegant bun, keeping her minimum makeup apart from a thin liner with cat eye and deep red lipstick.

It is normal for Bates to come out in full glamor for the EMMY 2025. At 77, the star of “Matlock” goes to this year’s ceremony as the nominated oldest woman in the category of the actress of the main theater. She met the moment with a superb set, composed of a full length satin dress in a rich espresso brown and a striking red lip.

Tullock, meanwhile, made a quietly striking style declaration in a piece from the Elisabetta-Building Fall / Winter Bout-Winter ready-to-wear ready-to-wear collection. She added a pop with a black look with a luminous lip and smoked eyes.

Finally, Stalter took a radically different route to the Emmys this year, rejecting the tradition of the dress for jeans, a white t-shirt, black apartments and a strong political message. His outfit was intentionally relaxed – right blue jeans associated with an ordinary white t -shirt. The headliner, however, was its handbag bearing the slogan “Stops!” as a declaration in support of Palestine. Despite the casual look, she exploited the glamor with a red lip – and matching red nails, to start.
