Green curry dumplings

Big hugs. If you are ready for a little project and want to do something to cheer up, that’s where you have to land. Some of you have asked questions about these dumplings when I posted a snapshot of them on Instagram. They were a Friday evening project after a busy week. Instead of going out, a repetitive filling and folding evening seemed perfectly. The garnish was strictly inspired by the contents of the refrigerator, because a trip to the store would have defeated the whole goal 🙂 The garnish: caramelized chest, green curry paste and cooked munched beans. Everything is lit with coconut milk, then crushed and broken a little.
I deployed fresh ball packaging big hugs. Because really, which can withstand a dumpling filled with delicacies in the point of green curry folded in the most user -friendly form?

I ended up loving the garnish and I even made a second lot to share with friends. The extras froze beautifully and are perfect for quick weekly meals. You forget how long they take to do. Laugh / cry. It’s not that bad if you use packaging purchased in stores.
In addition, as a side note, I made the packaging with a mixture of unlixed all -use flour combined with a whole wheat paste flour – 7 ounces of versatile flour + 3 ounces of whole wheat pastry flour. He turned out to be great.
