After the tragic death of actor Malcolm-Jamal Warner, tributes flocked from everywhere in Hollywood and beyond, like his loved ones and those he touched with one of his performances remembers the man.
Warner’s escape role was to play Theo Huxtable on NBC The Cosby ShowWhich Ran for 8 Seasons from 1984 to 1992. The Series Followed The Upper-Middle-Class Cosby Family, With Warner Starring AS The Only Son of A Doctor, Heathcliffe (Bill Cosby), and Lawyer Claire (Phylicia Rashad), Who Also Had Four Dauughters: Sondra (Sabrina Le Beauf) Bonet), Vanessa (Tempestt Bledsoe), and the youngest, Rudy (Keshia Knight Pulliam).
During the second season of the show, Geoffrey Owens joined the cast as Elvin Tibideaux, the romantic interest of the eldest daughter Cosby, Sondra, which he would marry later.

After Warner’s death in a drowning accident on July 20, Owens remembers his longtime friend and co-star.
“This tragedy almost left me speechless,” shared Owens in a declaration to Deadline. “Malcolm was a charming man; A gentle and sensitive soul. I respected him for many reasons, including the fact that he really liked the act of creation. He had the mind of an actor and the heart of a musician. He was also generous.
