TYears after joining his adolescents in difficulty in their battle against the forces of tyranny of companies, the drama of superheroes Gen V is back for a second series of chaos powerfully debauchery. Release the balloons in the form of a penis! Decade the Les Norks castle! But for the pity of the love of pity, your celebrations are quietly: the new dean of the clipboard of Godolkin University is not in mood in frivolity.
“Let’s be real,” he drags during his inaugural speech on the campus. “The previous human administration was full of shit. We cannot trust humanity. Back in Godolkin, Emma and her colleague liberated Jordan (London Thor / Derek Luh) are greeted by a smiling combinations wall and forced to read to the press a speech of “victory” approved by the Vought which turns out, perhaps without surprise, to be garbage. Jordan, of course, is suspect. In particular of Dean Cipher (yes, figure), whose presence densely bearded Jordan is convinced that they have spotted “more than once” in Elmira. “He was a doctor or something like that,” said the Bi-Genre Shapeshifter to a characteristic Emma with a mouth. “And now is it the dean?” I mean, who is this guy? Which indeed. The facts, discover Emma, are thin on the ground. “I mean, the name” Cipher “is a bit on the nose, honestly …”
Cipher is played by Hamish Linklater, which is in itself a little on the nose, honestly. Is there someone also adept at extravagant, non-luxuriant goosebumps as “Midnight Mass” Linklater Hamish? But everything that does not take a slide, this ping between tones and genres, well … disputable? In the end, yes! But then, are most things these days when you think about it? Gen V is aware of his own limited relevance in the large scheme of things, but adopted his small role with Pluck and Charm. All of this is part of his patchwork of freaking out of superheroes, romance, nasty comics, political satire and political penis. Oh, so many penis. Appreciate!
