O’Brien, known as TikTok’s “Brownstone Whisperer,” has expertise in real estate, construction and business, and has more than 469,000 followers on the social platform. He’s known for taking old, neglected things and bringing them back to life, from New York brownstones to old Ford and Harley Davidson pickup trucks.

Amurri is the founder of the lifestyle blog Happily Eva After and the daughter of Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon and Italian director Franco Amurri. She was a teenage actress in films such as Saved!, Life before his eyes And It’s my boy, and had recurring roles on New girl, The Mindy Project, How I met

She provides her 529,000 social media followers with candid and humorous stories and receives nearly 2 million annual visitors to her lifestyle site HappilyEvaAfter.com, and has more than 14 million total video views.

Brown is known for her interior design brand Deeply Madly Modern and creates content that champions individuality for her 325,000 followers. His series, Home Decor Friendscombines personal friendships and design through home visits and candid conversations, and is hosted on her Deeply Madly Modern YouTube channel.

Social media real estate agent Goldie has been ranked #1 in her profession on social media two years in a row by Property Spark and has amassed 745,000 followers across Instagram and TikTok in 13 years. G&B describes him as having “a characteristic wit, lively humor and an authentic perspective on modern urban life.” He creates content that reflects his passions for travel, fashion and food, and has positioned himself as a key tastemaker in New York.

“We believe creators do their best when they feel free – free to own their brand, their time and their ideas. That’s the kind of next-level growth we’re excited to build with Eva, Kellie, Eric and Mark,” said Amanda Acevedo, chief talent officer at G&B Digital Management. “These four entertaining individuals have built dedicated followings for their personal brands with creativity, ingenuity and charisma, and they share a desire to invite their audiences to live with them, making them an ideal partner for G&B.”

Hjelmeseth founded Los Angeles-based G&B in 2015, focusing solely on digital talent, and currently has a roster of over 100 content creators. These include designer and photographer David Suh, menswear influencer Hunter Vought, beauty and lifestyle influencer Léanne Ansar, comedic viral meme creator Cogey, actress Courtney Halverson, and Abram Engle and his charismatic cat Kurt.
