Garlic butter zucchini

ingredients

instructions

- Cook in a preheated oven 450F / 230C, on the lower shelf, for 10 minutes.
- Transfer to the upper oven shelf and grill for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the butter, garlic, parsley and lemon zest.
- Turn the zucchini, spread the butter mixture, sprinkle on parmesan and take advantage of it!
Option: If you want to mix the garlic a little: melt the butter in a small saucepan, add the garlic and cook until it is scented, about 30 seconds, before mixing in the parsley and lemon zest and spread on the zucchini.
Option: Toast the zucchini!
