Borussia Dortmund Win but Jobe Booking excludes conflict with brother Jude

There will be no confrontation between the Bellingham brothers of the Club World Cup despite Borussia Dortmund organizing a meeting with Real Madrid.
Dortmund defeated Monterrey 2-1 in Atlanta during their equality of the round of 16 but Jobe, the youngest of the brothers and sisters, was shown his second yellow carton of the tournament for a tackle in the first half on Nelson Deossa and will be suspended for the quarter-final against a team from Madrid featuring Brother Jude.
Jobe was informed at halftime that the next match would be missing if Dortmund progressed, which they did thanks to two goals from striker Serhou Guirassy.
The German Berterame removed one for Monterrey, but the Mexican side could not find an equalizer.

Disappointment for Jobe
“I think we have all seen that he [Jobe] was very disappointed, “said Dortmund boss Niko Kovac.
“He did not know exactly that the second yellow card is a suspension at halftime. He was a little surprised.
“He is young and his brother is also young, so I am convinced that they clashed, perhaps next season in the Champions League, then the future. The future is for them.
“The club World Cup would be good but now it is not the case. Someone else must play for him but it’s okay.”
We played too much – Kovac
The last eight present two German teams – Dortmund and Bayern Munich – and Kovac thinks it is important for the Bundesliga to play on the biggest scene.
“We are happy. I think we have outperformed. We have passed the group phase, ”said Kovac.
“It’s a bonus for us and now playing against the biggest team and the biggest club in the world is a good challenge.
“I think that for us, Borussia Dortmund, and for German football as a whole, it’s a big problem.”

Ramos denied having the chance to face Real Madrid
Dortmund’s victory meant another potential meeting – this time between Madrid and their former defender Sergio Ramos – will not happen.
Ramos, who almost equalized late with a header that passed the post, was however satisfied with Monterrey’s efforts.
He told Dazn: “The crowd and our fans and the people who understand football, they saw that the team gave everything.
“Our supporters, I think they are proud of how we defended the shirt and we have to continue to move forward.”
