Galatasaray Chase 7th consecutive victory in Alanya before Liverpool tied

The perfect start of Galatasaray faces another test on Friday when the reigning champions visit Alanyaspor during week 7 of the Turkish Lig Süper.
The kick -off at the Alanya Oba stadium is scheduled at 8 p.m. local time, with the league leaders at the top after six consecutive victories. The Okan Buruk team enters the weekend at six points away from the nearest rivals Göztepe and Fenerbahçe.
ALANYASPOR, meanwhile, is eighth with nine points of two victories, three draws and one defeat.
Osimhen returns
The match will mark the return of the Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen, who has been sidelined since he suffered damage to the ankle ligament during the international service at the beginning of the month.
He missed the last three games of Galatasaray, including the opening of the Champions League against Eintracht Francfurt, but Buruk confirmed that his star attacker was again in good shape.
Fiery Yunus and Icardi
The Turkish international Yunus Akgün is in good shape, marking three consecutive games – against Eyüpspor, Frankfurt and Konyaspor – to strengthen his confidence in front of the occupied section.
Another key weapon, Mauro Icardi, rediscovered his touch after almost a year with an injury.
The Argentinian scored four goals in five championship games this season, hitting Karagümrük, Rispor, Eyüpspor and Konyaspor. He scored in three consecutive games.
A sequence to protect
Galatasaray won 14 consecutive championship games, retained at the defeat for week 29 last season in Beşiktaş.
In this period, they scored 40 goals and conceded four. On the road, “Cimbom” is just as ruthless, with seven consecutive victories outside, 20 goals scored and only one conceded.
Buruk’s men were implacable in front of the goal this season, with 18 in six matches while allowing only two. Their balance transformed them into a first favorite of the title and one of the most form in Europe.
Friday’s match is also coupled with the preparation of the confrontation of the Galatasaray Champions League with Liverpool next week in Istanbul.
After being beaten 5-1 by Francfurt in their first group match, the Turkish champions are desperate to head towards the confrontation with the intact momentum.
For Galatasaray, three other points in Alanya would prolong not only their interior domination, but would also set the tone for a European night defining the coming season.
