Canine competition at the County Fair of San Diego

Dogs have attracted the crowd, in competition in the big air categories, extreme vertical recovery and speed. It is described as an athletics event, on water.
SAN DIEGO – With about a week from the County Fair of San Diego, CBS 8 decided to see two of the most popular programs, quay dogs and All -Star cascade dogs.
The canines will perform from Thursday to Sunday, showing their speed, their waterfalls and their skills.
“It may be my 30th time at the fair and me right! They also seem to like to play,” said Ellen Riley, of Poway.
One after the other, the dogs seduced the crowd as they competed in the categories of large air, vertical recovery and extreme speed. It is described as an athletics event, on water.
“It’s really impressive. Our dog could never!” The Getz family said.
Melissa Ness has been training Docks in Ramona for decades and competed on Thursday to qualify for the world championship. His dog law broke records, jumping eight feet high and more than 20 feet long.
“It is their love for water, their love of their toy and, often, the love of their manager, who motivates them,” said Ness. “They are pumped. They are like” let me go, let’s do that! “”
CBS 8 also spoke to Paisley Chacanaca, eleven years old, who is also a manager and proud of his dog’s performance.
“I love the way she is always ready to go, go, go doing this. I just hope it is happy and a good learning experience,” said Chacanaca.
In the next arena, another large crowd arose for All-Star cascade dogs. They are all rescues that like to show their speed and incredible agility.
Pooch Pooch Pooch led by the dog arrives in the morning after July 4. For the first time, you and your animal can walk or run in the fairground before opening.
