Franco Colapinto is starting to “feel a little more comfortable” in the Alpine car while it evaluates the first Friday in action

Franco Colapinto was satisfied with his first day of return to action as a F1 pilot, the Argentinian is delighted to start “feeling a little more comfortable” in the Alpine at the end of Friday race in Imola.

Having participated in nine racing weekends as a substitute for Williams in 2024, Colapinto signed with the Enstone -based team as a reserve pilot for 2025 – before receiving its possibility of running again when it was announced after the Miami Grand Prix which he would replace Jack Doohan for the next five laps of the calendar.
