Leicester has not yet made a decision on the future of Ruud Van Nistelrooy, but in the meantime, they plan to make them advance on their return to the championship next season.

Van Nistelrooy was expected to be dismissed after failing to keep Leicester in the Premier League, but for the moment, it remains in work. But that did not prevent the process of searching for possible replacements, and one of them is Danny Rohl.

However, it is far from being guaranteed that Leicester will be able to release Rohl from Sheffield on Wednesday, and as such, a new name has now been added to their limited list of candidates.

As Graeme Bailey (via FootballFancast) reported, Leicester plans Sean Dyche as an option to replace Van Nistelrooy this summer. The 53 -year -old has been without work since he was dismissed by Everton during last season, so a return to management could be at King Power Stadium could be attractive to him.

Dyche has a distinctive football style, which varies a lot compared to the approach used by Enzo Maresca when Leicester was the last in the championship. And because of this, there has been a certain resistance to his possible meeting as the next club manager.

It may not be the most popular meeting, but Dyche would be a stable hand for Leicester. He has a lot of experience at the highest level of English football, having achieved 322 Premier League matches during his coach career. And in the championship, he also has experience in promoting teams, which he did with Burnley during the 2013-14 season.

It remains to be seen how the situation takes place with Van Nistelrooy in Leicester, but if it goes, Dyche seems to be a solid candidate to replace him.
