A convicted rapist accused of attempted murder after the departure of New York mother in a coma

A man who was free in parole after spending more than a decade behind rape bars was arrested Friday suspected of having beaten a woman from New York.

Miguel Jiraud, 30, was accused of attempted murder for allegedly attacked Diana, 44 years old AGUDELO, a single mother of two children, while riding her electric bike on Randall Island on the way back in Queens, according to the New York Post.

The alleged attack took place on May 16 around 11:30 p.m., and Jiraud is accused of having beaten AguDelo, stealing his bike and leaving it, according to Fox 5.

She would have had facial fractures and a cracked skull and was transported urgently to the Elmhurst hospital, where she remains in critical condition. She has been in a coma since she was found.

Fox 5 reported that AGUDO had traveled his bicycle to and from work to help save money for his college studies of his children.

After leaving the courthouse, a Jiraud chained denied having beaten AguDelo while he was placed in a police vehicle.

“I found it,” he told a journalist. “The evidence will talk about itself. Do you want to see my hands? My hands are perfect.”

“I found it,” he said. “I stayed there for an hour and went to work late. They didn’t say it.”

The journalist then confronted her about his conviction for rape.

“And I didn’t hurt anything since I was at home,” he said. “Not a violation, not a stop of traffic.”

The NYPD did not immediately return a comment request.
