FKA Twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, accused his former partner of physical, mental and emotional violence.
In a joint statement, their lawyers confirmed the settlement, but said that the details “would remain private”.
Labeouf previously said that many allegations against him were false but apologized for the injury he had caused.
The regulations put an end to a case that has dragged for five years with little progress.
According to legal documents seen by US Weekly, Barnett asked the court to reject all complaints against Labeouf with prejudice, which means that it cannot restart them in the future.
A trial had been initially set for last year but was then postponed.

The pair met on the shooting of the film Honey Boy in 2018 and dated for nine months, before separating in 2019, citing contradictory working hours.
But in legal documents deposited in 2020, Barnett accused Labeouf of “incessant violence”, including “mental and verbal harassment” which ultimately turned into “physical violence”.
She detailed the incidents of Labeouf waking her up in the middle of the night and “strangled” her, throwing her against a car during an argument and getting angry when she spoke to other men.
In an interview in 2021 with Louis Theroux on his Radio 4 BBC Radio 4 podcast 4, Barnett said that she felt “frightened and intimidated and controlled” by Labeouf, and that she had been left with a continuous mental trauma of their relationship.

The latest Labeouf film was this year’s criminal drama Henry Johnson. He is known for the transforming franchise and the Indiana Jones and the kingdom of the crystal skull.
