Tour of chef Bobby Flay Rafheing Tribeca Apartment, where the marble of the declaration steals the show

The subtlety has prevailed in the living room, where smart changes have improved the flow between open cooking, restaurants and living spaces, allowing Flay to be entertained as you can expect. “This is the way I show my worship,” says Flay rallies with friends and family. “I don’t only cook to live, I cook for fun.” Flay and Capuano redirect the dining table to increase the lounge imprint, which makes the space more attractive with better lines of view in the kitchen. They also exchanged a large sectional which cut the space, opting for a brown sofa with vintage chocolate with curves.
Thanks to his changing real estate portfolio (he maintains a small apartment in London and a house in Amagsettt), Flay has amassed a considerable vintage collection over the years, and recently rooms from the sale of his old house in Saratoga Springs for the Tribeca space. “Olivia and I like to buy,” explains Flay of a special 1st shopping session that has filled missing parts. “We open a bottle of wine, and we sit there for three hours and we just start to bid.” One of these articles, a massive vintage chandelier of the Netherlands which was to be recashed on arrival before installation in the living room, it considers its most important purchase. “This thing is simply spectacular,” he says.
The renewed energy of the apartment is not lost on the beloved cats of Flay, Canelo and Stella, both particularly attracted by a leather sofa in a den just behind the living room – a bad mood space with wall coverings of the grass, where Flay likes to pour a bourbon and watch a film in winter. Whether it is to take control of the kitchen counter or use its vintage finds, cats are always within voice, no matter where it is.
“The house is theirs”, jokes in Flani “say it that way.”
