Paul Simon cancels the concerts due to back pain

Paul Simon canceled two Philadelphia concerts which take place for this weekend due to chronic and intense back pain.

The news was announced on the singer’s official Instagram account on Saturday. There, a complete statement was published which explained that Simon “regreshment” had to cancel the emissions and was ready to undergo a “minor surgical procedure” in the coming days.

“Reret, Paul Simon has to cancel two programs this evening on June 28 and tomorrow evening on June 29 – at the Philadelphia Music Academy,” said the press release. “Paul fought with chronic and intense back pain. Today, it has become unmanageable and requires immediate attention. ”

The declaration also noted that it is uncertain if Simon could reprogram the performance of Saturday and Sunday. However, the post said that the Grammys winner hopes to invent the Philadelphia canceled programs and finish the rest of his quiet celebration tour that started in early April.

“Unfortunately, we must cancel these programs for the moment, because we do not have the possibility of reprogramming them,” said the post. “However, we hope after this minor surgical procedure which has been planned in the coming days, Paul will be able to finish the visit and seek to return to compensate for these dates.”

Simon had to make three appearances at the Philadelphia Music Academy. He finished the first show on Thursday.
