Farro salad with bottleds vinaigrette

This Farro salad was inspired by a trip to Portland, Oregon years ago. Portland is a big food city, and often during the visit, I liked staying in the city center for two key reasons: the proximity of the books and meals of Powell in Clyde Common, a fantastic bar and restaurant on the ground floor of the Ace hotel.
