Fall essential oil mixtures for your diffuser

There is something about the fall that makes me want to sip something hot and fill the house with comfortable perfumes. This season brings net mornings, crunchy leaves and has just a feeling of nostalgia. I often broadcast essential oils in my house and I like to withdraw the warming upstarts at this time of the year.

Not only do they make the smell of the inviting house, but many of them have a powerful mood and the advantages of immune support.

Why broadcast essential oils in the fall?

Aromatherapy is not only to make the pleasant house feel (although it is a great advantage!). Breathing in essential oils helps support mood, energy and even the immune system. Some oils, such as cinnamon and clove, bring a comfortable and earth feeling while offering antimicrobial properties. Citrus oils such as orange or bergamot add brightness to darker days. While wooded oils like cedar wood or sandalwood are on the ground and the appeasement of emotions.

Diffusion is also a safer option than air coolers and certain candles, which often contain synthetic perfumes. However, I finally found candles in bees with the incredible smell that I like! Diffusion is an easy way to refresh air and obtain the health benefits of essential oils while benefiting from some of the advantages of oils themselves.

That said, security is important. The essential oils are powerful and all mixtures are not suitable for each situation. Avoid placing a diffuser directly next to children or pets in a small closed room and do not keep it all day. It is also important to ensure that the diffusers are out of reach of small hands (or curious legs) which could overthrow them.

Different ways of distributing

There are several ways to enjoy the mixtures of diffusers, and you can choose what works best for your space.

  • Electric diffusers: My favorite diffusers use water and ultrasonic vibrations to disperse a beautiful mist of essential oils. I also sometimes use nebulant diffusers when I want something more powerful. You can read different types of diffusers and my best choices here.
  • DIY reed diffuser: If you want something simple and decorative, an anche diffuser is an excellent option. The perfume is more subtle than a misting diffuser, but it adds a touch of beauty to a room. I like to keep one on my desk for a soft aroma that is not overwhelming.
  • Piece sprays: Another easy way to enjoy the fall mixes is in a homemade spray. A few drops of essential oils in the water (with a touch of alcohol or witch development to help disperse) makes a refreshing natural air disrausing. Perfect for bathrooms, bedrooms or even like a linen spray.

Even faster way

Do you want something delicious feeling in your diffuser but don’t want to mix it yourself? One of my favorite essential oil companies has delicious mixtures for autumn, especially apple cider, pumpkin spices and maple. Discover the seasonal mixtures of vegetable therapy here and here.
