Fake TV President Martin Sheen Gives Real President Donald Trump Advice on Becoming a Real President: ‘Start Being Human’

Actor Martin Sheen, whom liberals love for pretending to be president in the early 2000s as President Jed Bartlett on the hit NBC series The west wingdeigns to give advice to President Donald Trump on how to behave in the White House.

Sheen appeared Saturday on MSNBC on left-wing commentator Nicolle Wallace’s show. The best people podcast to give his advice on how to be president, even though he’s never been one.

The actor insisted that Americans have a “great hunger” for the truth, but Trump isn’t giving them that.

“This is a tremendous battle that’s going on. It’s not about winning or losing. It’s about being in touch with your own humanity, because there is such a lack of humanity from this administration,” he exclaimed.

Sheen then lambasted Trump and his cabinet for their arrogance.

“I’m convinced of this: When you look at this group of people at the round table at the White House, in the Cabinet Room, every one of them looks across the table and sees no one who is better than them,” Sheen said. “They generally see it as a reflection of their [worst] self. There are no heroes in this. There is no music. There is no laughter. There is no self-effacement. There is no joy in this room. It smacks of ego, fear and false worship.

Sheen spoke of “humanity” and urged Trump and his administration to embrace theirs.

“If we are fortunate enough to surrender and accept the responsibility of starting out as nothing except our humanity, then we realize, ‘Oh my God, being human is all we need,’” Sheen exclaimed. “We are broken. It’s a beautiful brokenness, because if you weren’t broken, nothing could change you.”

He then attacked Donald Trump, calling him “the greatest nothing in the world.”

“Stop listening to all these people around you, these courtiers who encourage you to be non-human yourself,” said the fake president. “Get in touch with that humanity. Stop fussing with your hair and don’t worry about your tie, stand up straight and speak clearly – not with your throat. Speak from your heart and start being human. This is what you were made for, not golf. So here you are, Mr. President, with all due respect, sir.”
