Exclusive: Fema employees are released to send dirty sex, watch porn on the clock

Two employees of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) were dismissed after the investigators found that they had engaged in sexually explicit online conversations, or “sexing”, with foreign nationals, according to an internal investigation.

An examination of the FEMA initiates’ threat program (ITP) reported a worker from the IT services division – who held a secret secret authorization – to connect to Facebook Messenger on the agency’s unlimited network and sexing with someone who is in the Philippines, according to the files. Between August 19 and 27, the employee would have exchanged several messages with the alleged Philippin national, documents obtained by the Daily Caller Show. In one, he wrote: “I saw your message on a group of Filipino meetings here, so I sent you a message”, and I later referenced “Manila Philippines”, saying that he hoped to visit in “November or December”.

Investigators found that messages were part of a broader model of online communications, highlighting both the extent and frequency of the employee’s conduct. Surveillance of user activities (UAM) also showed that on August 25, it sought Google Maps and Hotels.com for Cavite, a city in the Calabarzon region of the Philippines.

A UAM follow -up review revealed another exchange on August 28 in which the employee said in foreign contact: “But I cannot bring my phone to my workplace, so I leave it in the car. Do not pussy here only on FB Messenger while I work. ”

In the same exchange of August 28, the employee wrote: “I want you to be sitting here on my knees while I work” and: “I want to tighten your size during your arms while I work and I feel your hair, kiss your neck.”

A separate case involved a specialist in environmental protection at the Historical Preservation Office of the Environment of FEMA in Alabama. Surveillance has shown that the employee has repeatedly accessed a pornography site on the agency’s unlimited network and has embarked on explicit cats with several users.

Investigators later discovered that the employee had made many sexual comments and even downloaded a pornographic image from a file labeled from “work memes” to a user identified as “tumessyforme” during conversations from August 30 to 31.

Two FEMA employees – whose tasks included the safeguarding of the Terrorism Nation and Nuclear Threats – were dismissed on Tuesday after the internal investigation confirmed that it had accessed sexually explicit equipment at work, reported the New York Post.

The two employees were based in the Emergency Operations Center for the FEMA frame near Bluemont, Virginia – a hardened installation built to protect the country during national emergencies, terrorist attacks and even nuclear strikes.
