Closer report for fantasy baseball: last call for backups at the end of the season

Meanwhile, in Los Angeles, Scott granted three points in a defeat against the Giants on Friday. He rebounded with two clean appearances in non -economic situations against giants and phillies.

Abreu has not been so clear since his arrival to fulfill the closer role in the absence of Josh Hader. He blocked two strokes and a walk for a stop against the Rangers on Monday, then picked up a stop of four withdrawal on Tuesday while working on three strokes and a walk.

Armstrong, Ferrer and Akin are still widely available in most fantastic leagues for teams looking to complete a few last minute stops while we reach the end of the season.

Kittredge and Keller have managed two stops each while working in a committee to fulfill the closer role left by Daniel Palencia. Palencia could start a rehabilitation assignment this weekend when it comes back from a shoulder injury. And it was O’Brien’s week in Saint-Louis when he converts a pair of backups for the cardinals.
