Kate Beckinsale continues the producers of her action film in 2024 “Canary Black”, for negligence, intentional infliction of emotional distress and drums.
The trial stipulates that the producers “continued to move forward and intentionally with reinforcement with dangerous filming conditions, renouncing security to maintain the beneficiary margins and, in doing so, have put Beckinsale in danger.”
The prosecution, which was filed as Jane Doe in front of the Los Angeles Superior Court, was modified on May 21 to include details on her “severe and debilitating injuries” and “an important trauma for his left knee.
“Ms. Beckinsale and her team have repeatedly raised the red flags concerning and deactivated the dangerous conditions on and deactivated to defendants, including long dangerous days, of sustainable fifteen hours, inadequate equipment and medical staff to help manage the high physical workload and to recover from the out -of -game effort”, the legal document, which was obtained by Thewrap on Wednesday.

A month later, the actress underwent a complex meniscus tear in her left knee, which required surgery and stopped production for months. Her surgeon warned her of no longer undertaking of waterfalls, but she alleges that, despite this, she was forced to carry out “dangerous action sequences”.
