Everton and TFG submit a huge offer of 37 million pounds to sign a new “powerful” star for Moyes

Everton has a last month in charge of the transfer window in the hope of being more successful in the Premier League than in pre-season. David Moyes’ team was without victory on their friendly matches and the Premier League summer series despite a solid league final last season.

The latest arrival is the English winger Jack Grenish, who joined the Toffees on a loan throughout the season. If Grenalish manages to revitalize his career on the Merseyside, then Everton will have the opportunity to make the signature permanent for 50 million pounds sterling next summer.

At the rear of the Grealish signature, Everton was strongly linked to the signing of Omari Hutchinson of Ipswich. Hutchinson is known to play in the attacker midfielder and on the wing, the two areas that Everton needs to strengthen, and was notably absent from recent Ipswich devices.

However, another player could go through the door in front of Hutchinson, because the Friedkin group would have submitted to sign a new striker for Everton.

Everton wins 37 million pounds sterling to sign the Ukrainian striker Dovbyk

Football Insider has revealed exclusively that Everton submitted an offer for the Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk from Roma, who also belongs to TFG. The offer was worth 37 million pounds sterling and the player is open to a move in the Premier League.

However, Everton is not the only club interested in Dovbyk. The reports also lists Leeds United, West Ham and Sunderland as interested parties, but they have not yet placed an offer. Earlier in the window, Dovbyk had been linked to Arsenal, but the side of London finally opted for Viktor Gyokerres.

Dovbyk initially acquired international recognition after a 2023/24 stellar campaign which saw him direct Girona to European qualification. During this season, Dovbyk recorded 34 goals in 39 appearances, and it was recovered by Roma in January.

The Ukrainian number 11 currently earns £ 41,000 per week at Roma and could expect that an increase in salary leaves Rome. Any salary request can be useful to respond, since it has been described as a “powerful target man” and compared to Dusan Vlahovic and Santiago Gimenez.

The reliability of Dovbyk and Beto

If Everton concludes the agreement for Dovbyk, they will have two reliable attackers on their hands.

Dovbyk has a slightly better goal / game ratio than Everton’s current main striker, Beto; However, the two have reasonable prices that are close or about an involvement of objectives all other matches.

The XG difference of the two attackers also shows their reliability. Beto marginally subperforms his XG, and Dovbyk surpasses slightly. This means that the two players try their luck when they are provided to them. They will not mark many unexpected people, but if Everton can provide them with chances, they will convert them.

The new striker Thierino Barry is more an unknown quantity. Its figures do not correspond to Beto and Dovbyk, but it is younger and has a lot of time to improve. With two attackers experienced in front of him, Barry will have less pressure to be an instant success, because when he struggles, the team will always have two reliable strikers.
