Epic research can help Mars missions

The parachute of improving parachutes by instrumenting the canopy or epic, the test experience unfolds after an aerial launch from an Alta X drone on June 4, 2025, at the NASA Armstrong Research Center in Edwards, California. NASA researchers are developing technology to make supersonic parachutes safer and more reliable for the delivery of instruments and useful charges on Mars.
The flight tests were a first step towards the shortcoming commission in computer models to improve supersonic parachutes. This work could also open the door to future partnerships, in particular with the aerospace and automotive industries.
