After sharing that his 10 -year -old son Luck has been diagnosed with the Rare ARFID food disorder – or an avoidant / restrictive food intake disorder –The real women at the hearth of the County of Orange Star revealed how Luke’s health battle affected her and her husband Shane SimpsonThe other two children, girl Annabelle12 years old and Luke’s twin Keller.
“When we were deep there, it was difficult and I probably didn’t spend as much time with Keller and Annabelle that we should have,” Emily told E! News in an exclusive interview. “Annabelle, because she is so strong and she is a very confident young woman, I had the impression that she managed it very well. Afterwards, she came to see me and said that she felt neglected during this period.”
The 49 -year -old man admitted that to do to Luke the help he needed with therapists and food specialists who understood that his food avoidance problems have been in their household for a while.
“Shane and I were very absorbed by Luc and the parent,” continued Emily. “It was very overwhelming for us.”
