Elizabeth Chambers reveals her self -cobs without drug addiction, including face gels, therapy and celery juice

“I try to do my best in everything I do, and it includes personal care. I am a great supporter of the theory of the oxygen mask. I take care of my children and those who surround me when I am my healthiest and my best,” she explains.

“I drink hot water with lemon, followed by organic celery juice, then the GT Dave Kombucha trilogy before 8 am”, the model spills.

“I love a face gel, where I plunge my face into a bowl of ice water for 15 seconds, 3 times, followed by a complete hair dip if it is a day of hair washing. It wakes you up, reduces the inflammation and closes the hair follicle to make it extra shiny like an additional welcome bonus,” she continues.

The owner of the Boulangerie des Oiseaux also ensures that he maintains a healthy diet – with one side of the dessert.

“I love everything we do in Bird Bakery and I certainly take advantage of my sugar. I try to eat everything in moderation, but I am a group of type 0, so I like my proteins. … If I will eat 9 cupcakes in one day, a protein base is the key,” she notes.

These practices help the rooms to feel like its best ultimate self and take anything.

“Self-assurance is useful to avoid toxic dynamics, but I think that the experience of life, doing work and establishing limits is also crucial to avoid toxicity. I love people and experiences that are fountains and not drains. When it is simply put that simply, it is easier to identify what is useful and what does not”, she says.
