Easter and DCU references explained

Warning! This message contains spoilers for season 2 of Peacemaker, episode 2

Peacemaker Season 2, episode 2 has a handful of fun Easter eggs and DCU references. Continuing the exploration of Chris Smith in another dimension, the new episode present Argus approaching the orders of Rick Flag Sr.

In comparison, this new episode does not have as many Easter eggs compared to Peacemaker First of season 2. However, there are still solid connections and references. Here are the biggest Easter eggs, references, DCU connections and fun factoid that we found in Peacemaker Season 2, episode 2.

At the start of this new Peacemaker Episode, John Economos says that he and Rick Flag Sr. are old friends.

This is a reference to last year Creature commandosThe first animated project of the DCU, who saw Rick Flag by Frank Grillo lead the brand new working group of Amanda Waller M to Pokolistan. That said, Rick Flag Sr. does not seem to consider himself a friend of John, given the proximity of the savings for the peacemaker.
