Nothing will be the same after this shocking touch

The second season of The Walking Dead: Dead City was full of ups and downs. As boring as it was to see Maggie (Lauren Cohan) was forced to New York, and as disappointing as to see Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) So lifeless, there have also been many interesting moments. At the top was the corruption of the Maggie son, Hershel (Logan Kim), by Dama (Lisa Emery), but lately, we have also seen Negan starting to retaliate, playing Dama and Croat (Zeljko Ivanek) one against each other so that he can return to his family.

In the last episode, “Bridge Partners is difficult to find these days”, Negan can finally see his family, but before he could throw their eyes, his shame makes them send them. Negan still has a goal in New York anyway. He must still be there for Maggie and Hershel, because he will always be in debt. All this was almost important, because in the last seconds of the episode, Ginny (Naple moon) had a weapon pointed at Negan’s head, ready for his own revenge, but his previous injuries led him to pass out. While we were in black, Negan cried, knowing that he had destroyed someone else’s life. Negan must risk his life to save Ginny

The episode begins with Maggie in search of Hershel. She follows the sound of music in the districts of Dama, where she finds her body burned on the ground. The Croatian is sitting there, the air sad, and Maggie asks to know where Hershel is. He must be here. The Croatian says he does not know where his son is, but a threat to cut pieces of him forces the Croat to accept to help. Maggie and the Croat find themselves in Hershel’s old play, but he is not there. The Croatian then remembers a safe house he had discussed with DamaBut it will not be easy to enter it.

Negan takes an unconscious ginny in his cell, where Benjamin Pierce brings him supplies. A gloomy Negan says he returns Ginny to the house as soon as she is better. He then opens to Pierce to take care of his first wife, Lucille, when she was dying of cancer. He said he failed Lucille, but he had a second chance with his second wife, Annie, and his son. He admits that he also failed them. Now, here is Ginny, and Negan does not understand why God continues to give him a second chance. Asking where Pierce obtained medical supplies, he goes to the church sanctuary, hoping that someone will have medication. A man tells a story about A hospital nurse who stored medication in a third floor operating room in Bellevue at the start of the epidemic. Others went to it while looking at it, but no one comes back. You know it will not stop Negan.

Negan leaves Pierce to monitor Ginny, but he doesn’t understand why this foreigner helps them. Benjamin admits that he does not have much experience with other people. He was a boy when the epidemic occurred and has no memory of time before. Negan puts an arm on his shoulder, then kisses an unconscious ginny, his now releasing breathing. If he will save his life, he must be fast.

Can Croatian lead Maggie to Hershel?

The Croatian takes Maggie to the safe house. It is on the top floor of a skyscraper, but the problem is that there is no way to go to the next door and to cross a glass makeshift bridge which is on several floors. They slowly cross the tower next to the safe house. The Croat had put traps there in the past, but it was so long that he did not remember where they are. He notices that Maggie looked at the staircase and said to his people are not afraid of the heights. Instead, They have a constraint to jump, especially if their life is filled with pain. There is a trap, pulling Maggie from his trance with the darkness below.

Negan arrives on the third floor of the hospital, where he has to hide from a small group of walkers, but he then comes across a little boy who died. Negan takes out his knife, but he cannot do it, so he will trap the boy in the room, only to fall and drop. Negan wakes up from his unconsciousness in time to find the Lort Debt Boy ready to chompt him. Bleeding from the back of his head, he staggers.

Maggie is exhausted and near the collapse as she follows the Croatian through a maze of office cabins. For a while, she lost her guide and must fight certain walkers alone, but as Croatian returns, she collapses. Maggie wakes up in a meeting room with the Croat sitting at a table in front of her. It takes out a knife, but it is not necessary. He means that she has no trouble. The Croat tells how his mother believed in him, Just as Maggie believes and protects Hershel. She opens with her mother’s death when she was young, sending her father to a depression.

Maggie’s biggest threat is very much

A frightening scene brings Negan into a room filled with children’s walkers, but they are catatonic and cannot see it. He does quietly through them, as if they were terrestrial mines, in the operating room. The walls are torn where others have sought the medication. Negan also begins to break the walls of the operating room, but there is nothing there. He is ready to abandon, but he then notices someone human and masked looking at him from the ceiling tiles. He pursues them, awakening the children zombies as they go, and addresses them in the hall. The bag they wear is empty. When Negan lowers their mask, he looks incredibly on Lucille’s face. He apologizes for the way he treated her when she was dying, but she is grateful. Negan is obviously communioned when the world turns, and he grabs her head. When he looks again, it is Annie and her son whom he sees now. They disappear and he leaves the hospital, having found nothing. Hearing a whistle, he turns to see Ginny watch him. It can’t be good. Negan brings back a breathing machine for Ginny and tells Pierce that people will soon arrive to kill everyone. Ginny cannot be moved, however, and Negan will not leave it. He will not have mercy on their arrival. Instead, he will kill them all.

The Croat and Maggie go to the glass bridge. Without fear, the Croat crosses it, but Maggie is terrified. Her fear makes her stop on her traces halfway, and she is unable to move while an attacking walker, which makes the glass start to break under their weight. The Croat shouts so that it moves now. Maggie fights through fears and is able to crawl slowly through the glass in the most tense scene of the seasonThe Croat saves her life by pushing a scale towards her just before the glass breaks.

Maggie and the Croat are now entering the safe house, but no one is there. Maggie wants to know why she was brought here, and she holds the Croat by the window, ready to let go. The Croatian came here to die, he admits, but he needs Maggie to do it for him. She refuses, knowing that Hershel must be here, but she looks at the street below for a long time, feeling the temptation to jump, before the Croat pulled it back. The night, The Croat speaks to Maggie that his mother leaves him when he was a child. Ground, he found it two days after his death, living only 10 kilometers. The Croatian lived in this building, hiding and contemplating death, until he finds Dama. His gift is to see the pain and know what to do with it.

Looking through the horizon, Maggie sees a light on a building. The source of light is the New York Times. The Croatian will not go inside with Maggie. It is not about him. He shakes the hand of Maggie and moves away. Maggie enters inside and finds Hershel standing in a room, pointing a pocket lamp outside. He is shocked to see his mother and goes to her, a smile on her face. They kiss and apologize both. It seems that everything will be fine, but Darkness comes from Dama. She is not dead after all. In the last seconds, she hits Maggie unconscious. Maggie will come out of Dead cityFinal of season 2 living?

Advantages and disadvantages

• Negan shows his humanity in a few moments with Benjamin Pierce.
• Bellevue’s scenes are a pure zombie horror that we no longer get much.
• The paralyzing fear of Maggie on the glass bridge is the most tense moment of the season.

• Keeping Negan and Maggie aside still does not hurt the series.
• The revelation that Dama has survived the fire feels a little eccentric.
