EA Sports will announce the cover athlete for NHL 26 on August 4, the company announced in a statement on Friday.
EA SPORTS NHL has changed all their photos and banners in profile on social networks in an NHL 26 generic logo, finally recognizing the existence of games, as well as a standard and limited edition version of the game.

With season 8, start in NHL 25, it will be interesting to see if there are links with NHL 26.
In a recent profits call and in the events and presentations tab on the EA website, NHL 26 is the calendar to be published in the second quarter before EA FC 26. It has recently been announced that EA FC will be published on September 26, which means that the NHL will probably be released from start to mid-September.
