Dylan Efron Shares He’s ‘Everything Fine’ After His ‘DWTS’ Co-star Broke His Nose
Even if Dylan Efron and Dancing with the stars Series partner Daniella Karagach, a regular star on the ABC/Disney+ reality dance competition series, the duo hit a snag when the latter accidentally broke the former’s nose during rehearsal.
In an Instagram carousel posted yesterday, the TV personality and producer wrote: “I broke my nose, but I don’t need it to dance 🕺,” adding: “I’m really fine, but I’ll never forget the way Dani, Pasha [Pashkov] and Danielle [Fishel] I won’t leave [my] side when it happened, it warms my heart to have friends like them ❤️.
The social media post includes photos of Efron icing his nose and a video of him preparing for a scan, which he called “excessive.”
“It’s midnight and I’m in the hospital because Dani broke my nose,” he also explained with a laugh in a short video. The dancing couple was attempting a new move when Karagach hit them with his elbow, “and it made a really loud crack, so that’s not how I wanted to end the rehearsal day, but we’ll be back dancing tomorrow,” Efron concluded.
In the comments, fellow contestants wished Efron a speedy recovery, with Robert Irwin writing: “What!!!!! Feel better buddy 👊.” Ilona Maher added: “Ballroom dancing and rugby aren’t that different, I suppose. »
Speaking with Deadline after last week Wicked night, Efron said of his time on the show so far: “Every week we give it our all. It’s the best day of the week. I think I’m just proud of us for the hard work that we do and to be able to go out there and perform.” Karagach teased that the two would take on ballroom this Tuesday (a style Efron has a weakness for), adding that she was “proud” of her partner for taking the time to improve her skills.
