Dodgers count on Max Muncy to be ready to produce in October.
As they should.
Muncy should be sidelined for six weeks with bone bruising in its left knee, but that will not push them on the market for another third basic player by the commercial deadline of July 31.
“I do not think that changes a lot, knowing that the certainty of the maximum return at some point,” said manager Dave Roberts.
Faith in Muncy is justified by its history, the former All-Star disappeared three months last year, but established a record of all time by reaching the base in 12 appearances of consecutive plaques on the race of the World Series of the team.
This does not mean that Dodgers should not seek to conclude a major agreement over the next three weeks.
They still have to fight against their biggest obstacle to become repeated champions of their sport in 25 years. They still have to tackle their start -up.

Glasnow and Snell are old All-Stars, but how much can dodgers count on them?
