During Superman Press Tour, director James Gunn previously teased a certain number of Easter eggs in the film and specifically mentioned that it was excited for the revelation of a mural which should be talked about in many DC fans.
“”Later, there is an emblematic scene with a huge and huge wall in the background which tells you the story of metahumans in the DCU and it will be really, really fun when we release these images to the public“” Shared Gunn during a special and pre-sorty British fans event.
Of course, with Superman Now playing in theaters, this specific scene has disclosed online, and this generates a ton of discussions.
Hopefully Gunn decides to publish a high resolution version, but until then, DC Comics experts pass low images and fixed images to identify the characters in the mural.
Spoilers follow
When Lois Lane arrives at the Hall of Justice to solicit the help of the gang of justice, we see that the building seems to be under construction. Based on the style and decor of architecture, it is clear that this building has existed for a long time, but it is recently subject to a new property.
While Guy Gardner begins to speak to laws, the camera shows a wall at the top of the atrium ceiling. He presents several classic DC superheroes and could be a nod to the justice Society of America, or perhaps an even older team. Some fans theorize that it could be the All-Star squadron, not the JSA, but it is to be debated.
As mentioned earlier, the building seems to be quite old and the mural seems original of the space. It doesn’t look like a new addition, but more like something that has been there since the building was used for the first time.
Since James Gunn confirmed that justice League has not yet formed in the DCU, it is clear that another team of superheroes used the hall of justice, which preceded the crew of the heroes of Guy.
This raises a lot of questions, as originally owned by the building, why it found itself in the hands of Maxwell Lord, and what made this gang precursor dissolve?
I love that in Superman the little detail where in some blows in the hall of justice, you can see that they have changed the wall painting of the rotunda with a large terminal union to represent the DC heroes, only one that I immediately spotted was Wildcat but there is certainly more … pic.twitter.com/vida6ukvrs

There is a mural in #Superman And IDK if it was never completely in the context, but I will remove the binocular eyes from Rose Richard to see who is inside when I see him again …
But I saw enough once I noticed it, I’m just a very happy fan

The characters of the wall that have been identified include:
Stay listening for more updates while wall painting wraps around half of the atrium and there are probably a ton of more characters who have never been transformed into a frame. The chances are high that Gunn will probably share an HD image after Superman has been in theaters for a few weeks.
