Sunderland and Burnley have had contrasted summer transfer windows so far, and they will now be head-to-head for a signature that could determine which club manages to avoid the relegation of the Premier League this season.

The 25 -year -old has aroused a strong interest from a number of clubs from all over Europe, but the attraction of the Premier League could mean that one of the two newly promoted clubs is best placed to sign it.
However, Sunderland and Burnley will be very difficult to sign Pereira this summer, because the report noted that the defender wanted to stay at FC Copenhagen for the moment. He is comfortable in Denmark, where he regularly plays European football.
Meaning Pereira would certainly be much more a blow for Burnley compared to Sunderland, taking into account the respective transfer activities of the two clubs. It seems that they will both have to go from this situation, although there is a chance that he can be revised over the next 12 months.
