Ellen degeneres “not nice to me for most of my career”

Margaret Cho talks about her experience with Ellen Degeneres, saying that her colleague actor and Talk-Show host was “really bizarre” and “not nice” for her during their career.
In an interview on “The Kelly Mantle Show”, Cho said that Degeneres is “someone I have known for so long” and “the public perception of her is more true” now. Degeneres experienced a fall of Grace in 2020 after toxic allegations in the workplace emerged about “The Ellen Show”, ending in the end in 2022 and retired from Degeneres. Cho said she was known to be degeneres because they both started in the Stand-up Comedy scene in the 80s.
“She’s mean,” said Cho. “She was like a nasty girl. But she would also be nice. I think she always had negative feelings towards me because her friends and wives always loved me. ”
She continued: “Ellen was really weird and not nice to me for most of my career. I opened myself for her in the 1980s, when she was a headliner in comedy clubs and well before her great renown. So later, when I would do her talk show in the 2000s, she played as we have just met.”
“And I’m like, slut, what? Like, it’s weird,” said Cho. “We are well. It’s so scary and weird. “
A degeneres representative did not immediately respond to VarietyComment request.
Cho also has beef concerning an appearance of David Bowie on “The Ellen Show”. “The previous night, I came to his show with this giant outfit of the Chinese emperor. He was really delighted and he talked about it for a long time. And she cut him from the show, which made me so crazy,” said Cho.
“The producer, who is a very good friend of me, had to call me and say to me:” I cannot believe that she did this, she cut him off. But you should know, that it was going to your outfit again and again. He loves you. God said your name, ”she continued.
“I don’t know if it was personal, maybe it was for time,” added Cho. “But still, I’m going to take it personally just because I decided to do it.”
