Delta flights grounded at Detroit Metropolitan Airport due to network issue Friday morning

ROMULUS, Mich. (FOX 2) – Delta flights did not depart or arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Airport Friday morning due to a network issue,
The FAA reported that the airline was subject to a ground stop until at least 8 a.m. Initially, the stopover was scheduled until 7 a.m., but it was extended to just before 7 a.m.
There is a 30-60% chance that the ground stop will be extended again.
According to the FAA, this network issue only affects McNamara Terminal, and no other metro Detroit airlines are affected.
