Daughter whose father reported his kidnapped murder

The father of a 9 -year -old girl who was found dead in New York State on Sunday was arrested after the arrest after his kidnapping report did not take place.
Luciano Frattolin, 45, was sentenced to the county of Essex in the city of Lewis at 2:04 am on Monday, reported the Albany Times-Union. The accusations were not immediately available, but the police had to provide an update on Monday morning.
Frattolin reported on Saturday at 9:58 p.m. that her daughter, Melina Frattolin, had been removed towards exit 22 of the I-87 in Lake George, New York State police announced on Sunday. He said at the Warren County Sheriff Office that she had been seen for the last time around 9:40 p.m. in a white van towards the south. The two are Canadian residents, police said.
The sheriff’s office has published an alert alert, judging it in “imminent danger”. But the investigators quickly noticed “inconsistencies in the story of the father of events and the calendar he provided,” said state police.
Several agencies launched a research which included K9 and aviation units. Melina’s body was found on Sunday in Ticonderoga, NY, 30 miles east of Lake George near the Vermont border, miles from the place where alleged abduction occurred. The Amber alert was canceled and the case went to the state police.
“Currently, there is no indication that an abduction has occurred and that there is no threat to the public,” said the state taking care of their press release.
