In the depths of a YouTube rabbit burrow, I find myself watching the food newspapers of celebrities. After a day of lawyers and green juice, the end of the day treat is often a few squares of dark chocolate, and social media are flooded with claims that things can improve the health of our heart, our cerebral microbiome and our intestinal microbiome.
